Volunteer for BCATS 2009
We are looking for Stanford student volunteers to help with conference logistics on the day of the conference or in the days leading to it.

This is a good opportunity to see how a conference is run, and very useful if you are interested in organizing the conference in the future.
Registration Fees
Registration for the conference includes conference materials, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments during the Industry Reception. Note that early registration is free for all Stanford students, faculty and staff (you must bring your Stanford ID on the day of the conference).

Cancellation
A full refund will be provided if a written notice of cancellation is received with your signature, and is postmarked no later than October 31, 2009. Telephone or email cancellations cannot be
accepted.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.

On-Site Registration
We highly encourage attendees to register before the day of the conference.
However, if there is still space available at the time of the conference, on-site registration will be available on the morning of the conference.
All arrivals will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis.
We will not be able to accept credit cards so please bring a check or money order made out to Stanford University.
