To qualify for Stanford registration, you must currently be a Stanford enrolled student, post-doc, staff, admin or faculty. You will need to use your SUNet ID and password to register.

Registration Fee Submission

If registering after the early registration deadline or as a non-Stanford attendee, we need to receive your registration fee. After submitting your information online, please mail a printed hardcopy along with a check or money order made out to BCATS to:

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept credit cards. We accept checks or money orders made out to BCATS. This fee must be included in the mailed registration form for the registration to be completed.

Registration Cancellation

A full refund will be provided if the written notice of cancellation is received with your signature, is postmarked no later than October 12, 2001. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

On-site Registration

It is highly encouraged that attendees register before the day of the conference. However, if there is still space available at the time of the conference, an on-site registration will occur on the morning of the conference. All arrivals will be registered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Individuals with a current Stanford photo ID will be registered for $10. Non-Stanford attendees can register at this time for $100. We will not be able to accept credit cards so please bring a check or money order made out to BCATS.
