• If you are interested in supporting BCATS but would like to inquire about alternate arrangements for sponsorship, please contact one of the sponsorship coordinators.

• A full page black and white advertisement is printed in the abstract book for each sponsor. Sponsors desiring a color advertisement must cover the cost of color printing ($200).
• Advertisements are due on October 10.
• Advertisement should be 8"x10" (i.e. an 8.5"x11" page with margins)

• Sponsors may provide us with a flyer to be handed out at registration.
• Sponsors may provide items to be handed out at registration, subject to the approval of the organizing committee. Note pads and writing utensils have already been provided by a sponsor. Please contact a sponsorship coordinator to discuss options.
• We will accommodate as many requests for increased visibility at BCATS as possible so long as they do not interfere with the scientific program
