This seminar, given on Friday, October 8, 2004 at Munzer Hall in the Beckman Center, on Stanford campus, will show how the MATLAB and Simulink products are used as a flexible platform for technical computing and application development in life science and biomedical research. The MathWorks will also demonstrate the use of several toolboxes including the Statistics, Image Processing, Bioinformatics, and Signal Processing Toolboxes to analyze and visualize bio-signal data, perform micro-array analysis, and customize statistical algorithms in bioinformatics.
