Register for BCATS 2012
The online registration for BCATS 2012 is now open. The registration form is here.
If your registration requires a payment (see Registration Fees below), you must either send payment by check before the conference or pay in person, in check or cash, the day of the conference.
If you are a Stanford affiliate, please make sure to bring your ID on the day of the conference. You may also register on-site the morning of the conference.
Please note that normal registration ends on October 23rd.
Volunteer for BCATS 2012
We are looking for Stanford student volunteers to help with conference logistics on the day of the conference or in the days leading to it.

This is a good opportunity to see how a conference is run, and very useful if you are interested in organizing the conference in the future.
Registration Fees
Registration for the conference includes conference materials, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments during the Industry Reception. Note that normal registration is free for all Stanford students, post-docs, faculty and staff (you must bring your Stanford ID on the day of the conference).
Register by the normal deadline to be guaranteed a conference t-shirt, USB drive, and entered into the lottery for dinner with a keynote speaker. Registration fee can be paid by cash or check the day of the conference or by check before the conference.

Paying by Check and Cancellation
Checks should be mailed to the address below if paying by check before the conference date. A full refund of any pre-paid registration fees will be provided if a written notice of cancellation is received with your signature, and is postmarked no later than Monday, October 29th, 2012. Telephone or email cancellations cannot be
accepted.
All refunds will be processed after the conference. Check should be made out to Stanford University.

On-Site Registration
We highly encourage attendees to register before the day of the conference.
However, if there is still space available at the time of the conference, on-site registration will be available on the morning of the conference.
All arrivals will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis.
We will not be able to accept credit cards so please bring a check made out to Stanford University or cash.
