Payments:
If you have not yet mailed your registration payment, please bring cash or a check made out to Stanford University to the conference.

Special Industry Group Rate:
For every three paid registrations from a company postmarked by October 15, a fourth person from the company may register free of charge. If possible, please send payment for all three registrations in the same envelope and include the name of the fourth registrant, who should complete the online registration process.

Stanford Registration:
To qualify for Stanford registration, you must currently be a Stanford enrolled student, post-doc, staff, admin or faculty. You will need to use your SUNet ID and password to register.

Volunteering

Students: For details on volunteering to help us with setting up on the day, and with sundries in the days leading up to the conference, please contact Brian Naughton at sieong@stanford.edu. This is a good opportunity to see how a conference is run, and very useful if you are interested in organizing the conference in the future.

Registration Fee Submission

Because BCATS is less than a week away, please do not send payment by mail. Instead, bring a check, or money order made payable to Stanford University to the conference. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept payments by credit card.

Registration Cancellation

A full refund will be provided if the written notice of cancellation is received with your signature, is postmarked no later than October 15, 2003. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

On-site Registration

It is highly encouraged that attendees register before the day of the conference. However, if there is still space available at the time of the conference, an on-site registration will occur on the morning of the conference. All arrivals will be registered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Individuals with a current Stanford photo ID will be registered for $10. Non-Stanford student attendees can register at this time for $25 and other non-Stanford attendees for $100. We will not be able to accept credit cards so please bring a check or money order made out to Stanford University.
