Press Registration for BCATS

Qualified members of the press and editorial community can receive complimentary registration to BCATS. Press Registration will include lunch.

Press Qualifications

You must be a reporter, writer, editor, publisher, photographer, or videographer assigned by a local, regional, or nationally organized media publication to receive BCATS press registration. Qualified media representatives will be registered at no cost. Qualified media representatives meet one of the following criteria:

Full-time employees of media organizations must present a press pass, business card, or a letter on company letterhead from a supervisor confirming the registrant is on assignment to cover BCATS.

Freelance writers, photographers, or videographers must verify they have been retained to cover BCATS by presenting an official letter from a recognized news organization or a publication. Alternately, you may present clips of published articles you have written about closely related conferences or events.

General Inquiries/Media Support

We encourage participation of the press community at BCATS. If you have any questions regarding the conference, please contact us. We will do everything possible to answer your questions quickly and efficiently.

• Platinum Supporter ($2,000+)
  • Resumes from opt-in attendees.
  • Promotional materials distributed to attendees (industry table or poster included).
  • Full page advertisement printed in the abstract book distributed to all attendees.
  • Corporate name, logo and web page link prominently displayed on the BCATS 2017 homepage and at conference.
  • 5 complimentary conference passes and 5 parking passes.
• Gold Supporter ($1,000 to $1,999)
  • Half page advertisement printed in the abstract book distributed to all attendees.
  • Resumes from opt-in attendees.
  • Promotional materials distributed to attendees.
  • Corporate name, logo and web page link at the bottom of the BCATS 2017 homepage and at conference.
  • 3 complimentary conference passes and 3 parking passes.
• Silver Supporter ($500 to $999)
  • Quarter page advertisement printed in the abstract book distributed to all attendees.
  • Corporate name, logo and web page link will be displayed on the BCATS 2017 homepage and at conference.
  • 1 complimentary conference pass and 1 parking pass.

Other Sponsorship Arrangements

If you are interested in supporting BCATS but would like to inquire about alternate arrangements for sponsorship, such as providing a smaller amount of donation for coffee, snacks, note pads, or other souvenirs to BCATS, please feel free to contact us at bcatssymposium at gmail dot com. We will accommodate requests for increased visibility as long as it does not interfere with the scientific program.

Abstract Book Advertisement Information

Conference abstract books will be pre-loaded on USB drives given away to all registered participants of the conference. Some printed copies of the conference abstract book will be available. In these, sponsor advertisements are printed in black and white. Sponsors desiring a color advertisement must cover the cost of color printing ($50).

Full page advertisements should be 8"x10" (i.e. an 8.5"x11" page with margins). Please contact bcatssymposium at gmail dot com with any questions.

• Sponsors may provide us with a flyer to be handed out at registration.
• Sponsors may provide items, such as note pads or writing utensils, to be handed out at registration (Subject to the approval of the organizing committee). Please contact us at bcatssymposium at gmail dot com to discuss options.
